BSC Grants Spotlight: Meta Universe by Nash

We continue in the BSC Grants Spotlight series focused on the top five projects from the first round of the BSC Grants. Let’s get into the interview with Meta Universe built on the NASH Protocol, the fourth most-voted project in the first round of the BSC Grant.

Spotlight on Meta Universe

Please describe Nash Meta Universe to our audience and tell us what’s unique about your project.
Nash Meta Universe is a blockchain-based Metaverse game, where any player can earn tokens by playing the game and contributing to the ecosystem. The first game we have launched is an MMO game named “Interstellar Pirates”, in which players can purchase and develop spaceships, race in space, and grab treasures from the ruins of forgotten planets.

Advantage: Our team has a lot of outstanding talent. We are constantly exploring, and developing new products in the blockchain space with strong innovative abilities. Our team has an especially strong background in the gaming industry, with top-notch creativity and professional capabilities. Our creators have 20+ years of experience in the gaming industry, producing many 3A works, and our development team has 10+ years of experience in this industry.

Mission: We believe that future life and games will be integrated, so players are both participants and builders to jointly create a future digital universe.

Can you briefly introduce us to your team?
Nash Meta Universe traces its origins to a blockchain game during the time of CryptoKitties four years ago. The idea of the game is to use the block hash value as an 8*8 map, allowing players to collect in-game credits and improve the combat effectiveness by experiencing different walking paths and reactions. However, because blockchain games cannot guarantee the privacy of strategies, resulting in a disadvantage for players who submit the strategy firstly.  In order to solve this problem, we initiated the Nash protocol to optimize the game process to three steps, and solve the problems related with “on-chain privacy “, “game control” and “fair arbitration”.

The team had studied to implement real-time payment in 2020, and based on the accumulation in this field, we built multiple non-linear functions into the NFT to realize the dynamic NFT of music on the chain. Combining the dynamic NFT and the fair privacy game of Nash protocol, we launched “Interstellar Pirate”, our first game on the Nash Meta Universe.

What’s the most important element on your roadmap? What can we expect from you in the coming weeks and months?
The most important milestone at the moment is the launch of the V1 version of our game. During the BSC Hackathon, we developed the game and its core mechanisms ” Privacy of strategies ” and “Dynamic NFTs”. We have completed the verification and now are launching the first game in Nash Meta Universe, which can provide users and partners with the best gaming experience.

What do you think made you succeed in the 1st round of BSC Grants?First of all, the support from our community and partners is very important, and they mobilize their friends to support us. In the first BSC Grants, we initiated an airdrop event together with Meta Network to win a joint commemorative medal, which resulted in over 7000 pageviews and thus has brought quite some attention to us.

Secondly, our team has always focused on product and original innovation. Compared with various fork projects on the market, our unique experience and continuous innovation capabilities have been recognized and we have earned trust by community members.

Finally, BSC Grants is a good platform, which allows us to have received a lot of attention during the event and amplifies the support of the community.

Why did you decide to build on Binance Smart Chain? What do you hope to see next from the BSC community?
First of all, Binance Smart Chain has a good user experience and low transaction fees, making it a good carrier for games. Secondly, the ecosystem, community, capital, and technology of BSC are very prosperous and powerful. Therefore, we have no reason not to launch our unique project on Binance Smart Chain.

Binance Smart Chain is excellent in all aspects. We hope we can further optimize the user experience, so that players can enter the web3 world smoothly and seamlessly. For example, we can cooperate with MetaMask and add Binance Smart Chain into the list of chains that can be switched by default.
