Ethereum Support

Binance Extension wallet supports Ethereum mainnet since Version 1.131.1.‌

Migrate to Binance Extension Wallet

If you already have an account on Ethereum, it can be imported into Binance Extension wallet easily, and you only need to:

What you can do

  • Reuse address for different networks: You can use Binance Extension wallet to control the same address on different blockchains, namely Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain.
  • Wallet Direct: You can pair your Binance.com account with your Ethereum address now. Read here for more details.
  • Binance Bridge: If you want to transfer ERC20 to its BEP20 equivalents, you can send them to Binance Bridge from the extension wallet directly. No need to interact with two different wallets.

‌* Dapp Integration: You can use Binance Extension wallet to use those popular dApps.

Better Key Management

When you create a Binance Smart Chain wallet, you will be given your 24-word seed phrase. All your accounts are derived from the same seed phrase. If you only want to export a single account to another wallet, you can click on “…” to reveal the private key.

Please note: Anyone who has your seed phrase, or private keys could send BNB or tokens from your accounts. Never share them with anyone.

It should also be easy to import a private key into most other wallets. Let us know if you have any issues!

dApp site management

dApps need to ask permission to view users’ accounts. Users could see “Login” or “Connect” buttons on Binance Smart Chain dApps. These buttons will prompt a popup from Binance Extension wallet asking if the user wants to grant the site access to their public account information. For example:

In this way, users can better manage their privacy.

Revoke Permission

Binance extension will remember which sites have been approved until the user wish to change their list. Once you wish to edit the connected sites list: You need to:

  1. Select the account you’d like to change
  2. On the Account page, click on the menu (three dots) and click “Manage Connected Sites”
