BNB Chain kicked off 2025 with serious momentum. According to Messari’s State of BNB Chain Q1 2025 report, network revenue jumped to $70.8M (+58.1% QoQ), daily active addresses hit 1.2M, and wallet-to-wallet transactions overtook DeFi as the top revenue source.
Key upgrades like the Pascal Hard Fork, improved MEV protections, and continued growth across DeFi and DEX volumes show that scalability, security, and real adoption are driving the ecosystem forward.

BNB Chain wrapped up a high-energy week at Token2049 Dubai, where builders took the spotlight at the rebranded BNB Demo Day. Lorentz Mainnet Hardfork Completed on BNB Chain
The Lorentz upgrade is now live across both BSC and opBNB. The mainnet hardfork was successfully completed, bringing faster block times and improved performance to the BNB Chain ecosystem.
