Fellow Binancians,
Binance will support the merger of Rari Governance Token (RGT) and Tribe (TRIBE). As per the merger, Binance will help users to convert their RGT into TRIBE. Further details are shown in the timeline below:
- At 2022-03-09 11:00 (UTC), Binance will suspend isolated margin borrowing of the following trading pairs: RGT/USDT, RGT/BUSD and RGT/BTC.
- At 2022-03-11 11:00 (UTC), Binance will close all RGT margin positions, conduct an automatic settlement and cancel all pending RGT margin orders. Binance will then delist the isolated margin trading pairs of RGT/USDT, RGT/BUSD and RGT/BTC.
- At 2022-03-14 04:00 (UTC), Binance will delist all existing RGT spot trading pairs (RGT/USDT, RGT/BUSD, RGT/BNB and RGT/BTC) and cancel all pending RGT spot orders.
- At 2022-03-14 04:30 (UTC), Binance will suspend the deposits and withdrawals of RGT. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your RGT deposits and withdrawals to be fully processed prior to this time. Deposits of RGT that come in after 2022-03-14 04:30 (UTC) will only be reflected after the conversion is completed.
- After that, Binance will convert eligible RGT balances into TRIBE at a ratio of 1 RGT = 26.705673430 TRIBE. The conversion is expected to be completed at 2022-03-21 04:00 (UTC) at the latest.
- Binance will make a separate announcement after the conversion is completed.
- Thereafter, users will be able to deposit RGT and use the convert function to swap their RGT for TRIBE tokens.
